Products
All products are specified in terms of weight, color, and technical characteristics by the manufacturing companies. The product photos are indicative, and the final product's color may vary. The buyer is responsible for being informed about the technical characteristics of the products they order. Any information provided by us regarding technical details is given with all due caution.
Prices
The prices of all products are clearly displayed next to each product
and include VAT. Optogiousmas.com reserves the right to change
the prices of the products without notice, when necessary. The
customer, once he/she has confirmed his/her order, ensures that
he/she purchases the product at the price at which he/she made the
transaction, even if the price has changed along the way.
The shipping charge is determined by detailed analytical tables that are adjusted according to the invoicing policy of the courier companies.

Shipping
Products travel at the cost and responsibility of the buyer. The online store optogiousmas.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by external factors. Once products are collected from our store on behalf of the buyer, either by the buyer themselves, their representative, or a shipping company, we are released from any liability regarding delays, loss, damage, theft, or deterioration of the products or their packaging.
All orders must be confirmed prior to shipment by telephone.
Liabilities & Warranties
The manufacturer-supplier is solely liable for each warranty provision
(including the manner of its execution). We are obligated to adhere
precisely and without exception to all the standard and prescribed
procedures for controlling repairs or returns set by the manufacturer-
supplier. The only competent for any diagnosis and opinion for a
problem of the devices are the official technical inspection and repair
centers of the manufacturers-suppliers and they are not disputed.
The manufacturer's warranty covers only manufacturing defects or deficiencies in the product. Any damage resulting from falls, moisture, negligence, improper handling, intervention in internal parts by unauthorized persons, or inappropriate use automatically voids the warranty, and repairs will incur charges. Returns of products that do not exhibit any issues are at the expense of the buyer.

In this case, your order will be processed after you send an email to [email protected] a copy of the bank deposit slip, which must include the order number and full name as the justification. The shipping time starts from the date the deposit is confirmed.
In case of payment to a different bank (either deposit in a bank branch or using web- banking) there are costs / commissions, which are borne entirely by the purchaser.
Return Terms
The date of your order collection with the date of submission of the return request should not exceed 14 calendar days. The packaging must not have been violated and must be in its original factory condition. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer. In addition, returns of products which do not present a problem are charged on the purchaser (shipping, handling, inspection costs). The return of the item is accepted, only if the purchaser has first paid off any amount charged on optogiousmas.com for sending the item to him/her and the cost of item return.
If the package is completely or significantly damaged during delivery, or if it is found to be defective, the customer should either refuse to accept the product upon delivery or request its return, after consulting with optogiousmas.com.
In case a product is considered defective upon delivery (DOA), its return will be charged on optogiousmas.com.In this case, the customer himself/herself can return the defective product either personally at our store or by sending it, optogiousmas will be charged with its collection costs; consultation with optogiousmas.com and the cooperating courier company should be preceded. The return of the products considered defective upon delivery (DOA) will be accepted within 7 calendar days from their delivery to the customer. At the same time the product should not be damaged and should have all the original documents that accompanied the product (e.g. ALP, DA etc.) and its complete packaging. The return address is:

Online Dispute Resolution - ODR
The ODR is EC, to which the Greek legislation has recently been aligned to (Common Ministerial Decision 70330/2015) and provides for online consumer dispute resolution process with the Alternative Dispute Resolution in the EU.
