Οι φωτογραφίες των προϊόντων είναι δειγματικές και ενδέχεται ο χρωματισμός του τελικού προϊόντος να διαφέρει. Prices
The prices of all products are clearly displayed next to each product
and include VAT. Optogiousmas.com reserves the right to change
the prices of the products without notice, when necessary. The
customer, once he/she has confirmed his/her order, ensures that
he/she purchases the product at the price at which he/she made the
transaction, even if the price has changed along the way.

Τα προϊόντα ταξιδεύουν με κόστος και ευθύνη του αγοραστή. Το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα optogiousmas.com δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη για μεταφορές που έχουν καθυστερήσει από εξωγενείς παράγοντες. Από την στιγμή που τα προϊόντα παραλαμβάνονται από το κατάστημά μας για λογαριασμό του αγοραστή, είτε από τον ίδιο είτε από εκπρόσωπό του ή από μεταφορική εταιρεία, απαλλασσόμαστε από οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη σχετικά με καθυστέρηση, απώλεια, καταστροφή, κλοπή ή φθορά των προϊόντων ή των συσκευασιών τους.
All orders must be confirmed prior to shipment by telephone.
Liabilities & Warranties
The manufacturer-supplier is solely liable for each warranty provision
(including the manner of its execution). We are obligated to adhere
precisely and without exception to all the standard and prescribed
procedures for controlling repairs or returns set by the manufacturer-
supplier. The only competent for any diagnosis and opinion for a
problem of the devices are the official technical inspection and repair
centers of the manufacturers-suppliers and they are not disputed.
Η εγγύηση των κατασκευαστών καλύπτει μόνο κατασκευαστικά λάθη ή ελλείψεις στην συσκευή. Οποιαδήποτε βλάβη προέρχεται από πτώση, υγρασία, αμέλεια, κακή μεταχείριση, παρέμβαση στα εσωτερικά τμήματα από μη εξουσιοδοτημένα άτομα ή μη ενδεδειγμένη χρήση αυτομάτως θέτει το προϊόν εκτός εγγύησης και η επισκευή του χρεώνεται. Επιστροφές προϊόντων οι οποίες δεν παρουσιάζουν κάποιο πρόβλημα χρεώνονται στον αγοραστή.

Στην περίπτωση αυτή, η παραγγελία σας εκτελείται, αφού μας αποστείλετε με fax στο 2310608040 ή μέσω e-mail στο info@optogiousmas.com υπόψιν λογιστηρίου το ονομαστικό καταθετήριο, στο οποίο απαραίτητα θα πρέπει να αναφέρεται ως αιτιολογία, ο αριθμός παραγγελίας και ονοματεπώνυμο. Ο χρόνος αποστολής άρχεται από την ημερομηνία επιβεβαίωσης του καταθετηρίου.
In case of payment to a different bank (either deposit in a bank branch or using web- banking) there are costs / commissions, which are borne entirely by the purchaser.
Return Terms
The date of your order collection with the date of submission of the return request should not exceed 14 calendar days. The packaging must not have been violated and must be in its original factory condition. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer. In addition, returns of products which do not present a problem are charged on the purchaser (shipping, handling, inspection costs). The return of the item is accepted, only if the purchaser has first paid off any amount charged on optogiousmas.com for sending the item to him/her and the cost of item return.
Σε περίπτωση που κατά την παράδοση το είδος έχει συσκευασία κατεστραμμένη, ολοκληρωτικά ή κατά το μεγαλύτερο μέρος της ή σε περίπτωση που διαπιστωθεί ότι το είδος είναι ελαττωματικό, ο πελάτης οφείλει είτε να μην αποδεχτεί την παραλαβή του προϊόντος εξαρχής ή να ζήτησε την επιστροφή του, κατόπιν συνεννόησης με το optogiousmas.com.
In case a product is considered defective upon delivery (DOA), its return will be charged on optogiousmas.com.In this case, the customer himself/herself can return the defective product either personally at our store or by sending it, optogiousmas will be charged with its collection costs; consultation with optogiousmas.com and the cooperating courier company should be preceded. The return of the products considered defective upon delivery (DOA) will be accepted within 7 calendar days from their delivery to the customer. At the same time the product should not be damaged and should have all the original documents that accompanied the product (e.g. ALP, DA etc.) and its complete packaging. The return address is:
